Justice for Minnie Mogul?

Just to clarify: Minnie Mogul rejects many film scripts for being too intelligent, is happy to sign over the world to 3 cartoon villains (as long as their pen is working), rips up her contract for the Rocky and Bullwinkle movie, yet still gets to not only produce what has clearly become a very successful movie, but even gets her name in lights on the listing outside the cinema. Is it just me or does justice not appear to have been served here?

Didn't she rip up the contract after she went to her boss, who turned it down? It wasn't like she just changed her mind.
