Why isn't Whoopi Goldberg (the Judge) credited?

It doesn't make sense since her part -- as the judge in the court sequence -- is more than just a cameo, but she's not credited in the end credits whatsoever (although IMDb cites her as "uncredited"). Did she request to have her name removed from the credits? It's odd.
