This was not bad at all

It is a very decent action-packed sci-fi movie. Sure, with all the tropes. Sure, with nothing original. Sure, with cheesy lines.

Still, it worked.

Knowing that they had production problems and had to drop the traitor subplot, it's still admirable that they got a rather entertaining movie.

I'll rate it a solid 7 out of 10. Enjoyable as long as you don't expect too much.
