Despite him being a little cocky I find him to be funny and likable.

I don't think he was supposed to be likable, though. He was supposed to arrogant, I think.

I could never fail to laugh at his arrogance though, that's probably why I did like him.

I didn't mind him as a kid, but then, I was more interested in the Turtles and the Foot Clan.
