I was just wondering.. why is this rated "R"?

There's a very brief flash of Anna Friel's (Lisa Leeson's) breasts in one of the sex scenes. I assumue it's because of this.

On second thought, could it have gotten an "R" for the scene in which they moon those ladies at the bar?

I assume it must be for one or both of these scenes, since the movie is otherwise quite tame.
