Dr Teeth from the Muppet show!!!

I was thinking the exact same thing! Although I was thinking of Jim Henson, but I wasn't sure which character of his sounds like that. I thought I was the only one who thought of this.

Absolutely Red Green. I have a great ear for distinguishing voices. Even though the guy didn't look much like Red Green I actually trusted my ears more than my eyes and logged on here just to check and see if that's who it was.

Maybe the guy decided to do a Red Green type voice just cuz I dunno, they're both from Canada and he thought it'd be funny, I dunno.

Even so it wouldn't shock me to find out red green did a voice over. Maybe the original guys voice didn't work right, and the Red Green dude is the uncle of the filmmaker or something. It's just such a distinctive voice.
