This game TERRIFIED me more than any movie ever has

I don't care about all the schmucks who diss this game because if its so-called "bad acting" or its gameplay. I thought it was a masterpiece.

It really proves that video games are an excellent medium for telling horror stories because it allows the player to experience things in a fashion that a movie or a book simply cannot deliver.

Plus, playing through it over the period of a couple months, you become so familiar with the house and the characters that you notice when things are not right, and slight changes in a character's mood and the configuration of the house became very noticeable.

I wish interactive movies were still made today but there doesn't seem to be a market for them.

There is one chapter that scared me, in chapter 6. If you don't go to malcolm's house straight away and instead search the mirrors in different rooms you'll find a video of zoltan being burned and his face stares at you for a long time. I finished chapter 6 first of all without doing any of that, then i followed a walkthrough to see what else i could do, i did that and found it hard to get to sleep afterwards.

"sir, sir, i gotta check and see if you've soiled yourself, I'll get to you in a moment, sir!"

I thought you only saw him being burned when you watch the video in the machine in the theatre in Chapter 7?

there is a hidden video, i found out about in on the internet, it must have been, it was the chapter after the burning video, if you go back into the theater you'll see a mirror and its swirling, its been a long time since i played it, but i think thats where it was, all you see is a zoltan's burning face staring at you for a long time
