I do not understand why it only lasted 1 season best account of the old west in an long time. The actors & actress they were great,I liked it so much I rent the DVD's every so often Sorry it was cancelled I guess people like vampires better than real history

The TV show was on for two seasons. Season 1 is called Lonesome Dove:The series. They radically changed season 2 because of poor ratings.
