Probably the smaller one. The bigger one was stronger so it could get out from under the rubble. Besides, you'd think they would want to keep the big one till the end, that's movie logic for you.

Small cartnotaurus died in the cave the one that Bruton hit in face with tale that's the most superb scene of the movie.
shareAladar did the same thing with his tail at the end of the movie to protect Neera. That was also cool :)
it's most likely the smaller one died. The big one probably survived since it was probably stronger and "only the strong survive" or whatever
And I will get him back even as he gloats. In the meantime I'll practice on less honorable throats!

I am saying this in the assumption that they are a mated pair. They may be siblings or even cousins.
