I just watched this for the first time...

and I'm not sure what I expected, but this was SO good. I already want to watch it again. This was a beautiful story, and now I need to pick up the book and read it.

It can be rare to find lesbian movies of this caliber. Whenever I find one, I usually find that it transcends being a lesbian film and just becomes a story of two people. Then again, this movie is not trying to be some campy lesbian film, or just a feel-good lesbian romcom. Anyway I would highly recommend this film to a number of people because it is just an excellent movie.
