Who's Mab?

Nothing on IMDB identifies who played Mab, who is supposed to be the Big Bad behind everything. Morgan, Gwenevier, even the Lady of The Lake gets a billing. Anybody know?

She's played by Miranda Richardson, who also plays the Lady of the Lake. I'm guessing "Lady of the Lake" took up too many spaces that they couldn't get "Queen Mab" in there.
