I contacted Code Red and they graciously replied, saying that unfortunately, none of the three versions they've screened have been in decent quality. They also said that it had been difficult to put together special features for it (the director has passed away, and one of the key actors is not interested in having anything to do with the movie). They haven't given up on it, but they have put it on hold, hoping that better source material will emerge...
The good news is that Code Red expects their distribution will be back up and running at full speed in 2008. Code Red still have many other titles on their slate that I'm very much looking forward to!
