I concur with your 'best' list. Brink! and Don't Look Under the Bed were probably my favorites from there. I missed out on a lot of your honorable mentions. Although, I really liked You Wish! and would have given it at least an honorable mention, same for Hounded. I remember a quote like this from teh skating rink

the bad guy: "I believe we have some business to discuss?"

random man: "What kind of business?"

the bad guy: ..."Doggy business"

I loved that movie. I notice in a lot of Disney the bad guy is portrayed as incompetent or just downright silly, makes it more lighthearted for youngsters I guess. Your lists make me wanna go back and see some of these again...

What about Luck of the Irish? That was a personal favorite of mine.

Here goes my incredibly long post!

BEST (in no particular order)

1) The Color of Friendship
Just a really good movie, and included Lindsey Haun and Penny Johnson Jerald. On 24, it took me the longest time to think of P.J.J. as anything other than the Sugar-O's serving mom.
2) Stuck in the Suburbs
Don't make fun of me! It was just a fun little movie, I'm not saying it's Best Picture or anything.
3) Genius
After I first watched The Phantom of the Opera, I literally laid awake in bed racking my mind for where on Earth I had seen Christine before. Finally, it hit me: that movie on Disney with the nerd guy! I WAS SO RELIEVED! And, while some of the lines are just plain cornier than life itself ("and then, the Heavens opened up... and it started to snow...") some of them are funny ("as smooth as a baby's bottom") and the story is good.
4) P.U.N.K.S.
Let's face it-- it's every 90's kid's dream to scooter along the highway, be a spy, go on a high-speed chase through a mini-golf course, and leafblow both the bad guys and the school bullies. So basically, this was the group of cool dream kids from the 90's that everyone wanted to be part of.
5) Phantom of the Megaplex
Sorry, but I must beg to differ on this one. Mickey Rooney lights up the entire movie, and his "magic of the movies" monologue makes me well up. And when he dies, I will watch that movie and cry. For him. Because I love him. Because Mickey Rooney is one of the most lovable men on the planet! (Note, this is in a I-would-take-him-for-a-Grandpa way. I'm not psycho.) I seriously counted, and he has played Santa Claus SIX TIMES. What's not to love?! Anyway, back to the movie, it had some funny parts when it wasn't, you know, "Ah! The twister from Theater 3 is coming!" For example, Racy Lacy. And the suspense when the bad guy turned out to be the manager and he was HANGING ON THE DOOR??? Come on!
6) Don't Look Under The Bed
This one had me jumping from halfway across the room onto my bed for months to avoid the imminent boogeyman. And I had a trundle bed (that is, a pull-out mattress under my mattress, and thus under the bed). 'Nuff said.
7) The Jett Jackson Movie
I don't remember all the details, but my mind is telling me it was quite the thriller as far as DCOMs go. So yay for it.
8) Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century
Disney certainly had high hopes for the 21st century, didn't it? Anyway, this was just the coolest movie in its day, and it was very suspenseful at the end, and in fact remains to this day if you're in the mood for a tacky Disney movie which involves massive amounts of horrendous winking.
9) Tru Confessions:
I must confess I didn't care too much for Shia LaBeouf until this movie. But this was a really good movie, very powerful. Except for the voiceover at the end, that is. But the movie? Good. Shia LaBeouf? Stunning. One of the best actors that started as a Disney Child, I must say.
10) Gotta Kick It Up!
A feel good hit for sure! And, of course, included America Ferrera, who we all know now as dear old Ugly Betty. It just gives me happy goosebumps every time I watch it, and although my dad always says, "Aw, not THIS again?" when it comes on, I think he secretly likes it too.
