What annoyed me a bit about that scene is when Sante orders his meal he says 'I'll have a sirloin, medium, fried onions, baked potato with everything on it. And a beer'. When Al says 'I'll have the same' the waitress doesn't question him she just assumes he wants medium rare with a beer. But when 'Mickey' says 'same' she asks how he wants his steak cooked and what he wants to drink. Small thing I know but just a bit seemed to contrive the scene a little to get Michael talking.
