Quotes! Where are they??

Seeing this movie for the first time in years reminded me of how amazing some of the things Ernest said were. His movies are so quotable, with lines that can be taken out of context and still be hilarious. My heart broke, though, when I got on this site and saw so few quotes! I'd love it if some kind people were to plump up the quotes page a bit! I would, but I a) don't know how, and b) don't remember the lines well enough and don't have easy access to a copy of the movie for jogging my memory. Or, lovely people, put your favorite quotes in this thread.
