I am trying to figure out who sings the song and the name of the song when Luke Wilson is at his place and listening to the voice mail from his Ex while watching Ms. Bookworm on TV - sounds like Sinead O'Connor

It is Sinead O'Connor and the song is called 'This is to you Mother'.
