Is this the show with the multiple slogan tshirts?

I remember watching a show in the early 80s. One of the famous skits would be near the end where there was one guy and one gal. Each would take turns ripping off a t-shirt (they were wearing multiple shirts).. and near the end, the gal would rip off the last one exposing her breasts.

I'm trying to recall if "this" was that show?
