no credit for Rochambeau?

Why is there no credit for the actor playing Rochambeau? Does anyone know the actor's name?

This is about three years too late, but I've always wondered why he gets no credit here, either. The actor's name is Ronald Guttman, and I've always loved his portrayal of the French commander.
