Is Alan Autistic?

Obviously the mild end of the spectrum, Aspergers, (not full blown rainman).

He seems to exhibit some of the traits like social awkwardness, OCD, idiosynchratic behaviour (KISS MY FACE!), not being able to read a situation or know when he's offending people, obsessions (ABBA, Roger Moore) etc
