Anyone know of where I can find this?

I have it on VHS but I want it on DVD. So far everywhere I've looked its super expensive to buy for a DVD and I have looked high and low for a torrent or some kind of downloader for it. I may just end up having to convert my VHS version to DVD. Any help?
