He ate the stew, and he smiled. So he obviously felt the effects of it. But how would he know it was human flesh he was eating? What would make him actually seek it out?
shareI think he just smiled because it was damn good stew. There was no way for him to know it was human flesh. And he's too arrogant to put two and two together with the story Boyd told him and the deaths. He may crave human flesh after but I don't think he will ever know what it is he is craving.
