zero sex, just one pretty passionate kissing scene, but it's brief, they're standing up, and fully clothed. Like tienah said, a small amount of swearing, only going as far as about 5 s-words, and there is one comment of a boy saying a girl has a nice a--. But he's young and retarded, so it's only played for laughs. And one guy asks if another guy is gay, while the other guy says "What gay guy would want you?" But it's really a great film, and you can overlook the bumps on the fairly smooth road.
