That moment in her apartment, when Joe visits her when she's sick and stops her from continuing her thought by putting his lips to her mouth, she gets a look on her face that makes me think that's the moment she realizes it's him, but doesn't want to admit it yet. Thoughts?

Me too! Although I've always assumed it was just his fingers. But definitely sshe begins to realize it's him!

No! I think she´s confused, because she actually likes his touch - and is supposed to loath him.
