If I were in charge of the Homo dominants...

My first move would have been to divide up into one group. Group A's job would have been to go out and make tons of money, and start successful businesses, so that we'd be running the world (but we'd make sure there was lots of work for H. Sapiens, so they wouldn't rise up against us), and that we could support huge families (hence, helping us outbreed them).

The second group would all become rescue workers of various kinds (not law enforcement or military, that looks suspicious). It's kind of hard to persecute a group when half of them are pulling your kids from fires, performing CPR on your mother, and diving in to save you when you're stupid enough to kayak too close to the rocks. Especially since they'd be doing all these things far better than H. sapiens ever could.

Give them a few thousand years, and the sapiens would go quietly, by simply being out-breed.
