I have listened to the score on album and unfortunately the exact part you're referring to isn't on the album. It should be a on the first track, but it appears to have been cut out. I would love if an extended or complete version of the score were released in the future.
Luckily, the little motif or theme that Elfman uses (I'm guessing for freedom) during that scene can be heard in other tracks though, like here:
