Does anyone else's DVD scramble in parts?

I bought it through a user with 100% rating on amazon. I know the film is grainy in parts but towards the 50 minute mark onto the end, a few times within a minute the picture scrambles. It's quite distracting; almost like it's trying to skip the frame. DVD seems legit... I hope it didn't get burned though. I tried other DVDs and they play just fine.

Eh.

Hm... I bought it from Amazon as well from a private seller, who I was told by someone on this board was actually the owner of Code Red who was distributing the DVD on Amazon privately. Mine plays fine all the way through, so it could be a defective disc? You could try it on another player or in your computer and if it's not working, email the company and offer to send it to them in return for a replacement?

EDIT: Now that I'm looking on Amazon, it lists the DVD as currently unavailable, and there are no used discs or any other sellers offering it. Also, even more peculiar is that Code Red never did list this in the catalogue on their website. It is nowhere to be found. I read somewhere that a limited number of discs were pressed by the company and that it was a sort of "made for the fans" deal, but for the DVD to vanish within two month's time is a bit ridiculous. There aren't even any copies on eBay. I'm glad I decided to order it when I did because it seems to have literally disappeared.
