When the panel solve it in the 2nd round. It's like at least throw the 2nd one so they at least get the 2nd prize .

Please, it's more annoying when it's so blatantly obvious and the panelists come up with dumbass guesses that leave you gawking and thinking "How the hell do you miss that?!"
shareat that point, they don't want to make it too easy for themselves. they want to at least get the contestant to feel like he/she was very close to beating them.
edit: plus, they rarely figure it out in the second round anyway.
