Men with Moustaches: Who Are These Uncredited, Recurring Extras?

I've been enjoying watching the ARK II series and have noticed at least two actors have recurring roles in almost every episode. One is white guy with a big 1970 moustache and long hair; the other is a black guy with a moustache. They are often prominently featured, usually playing the baddie's henchmen and guards.

Does anybody have any idea who either of these men are? I can't find their names listed anywhere.

I've noticed that despite the relatively large casts of some episodes, only the top two or three guest stars get billing. I've wondered if a future star is lurking in the background playing an anonymous villager or one of Fagon's Flies.

I could swear that the talk black guy is a teenaged Dennis Hasbitt (of CSI fame). He has no lines in the episode he appears in and has a LARGE 'fro. But if you look at his face it is definitely Hasbitt. (I saw him in the episode with Jim Backass).

A limited variety in extras. Maybe they had a hard time getting extras because the extras had to wear torn end-of-the-world rags all the time. LOL.
