Gerard Butler screen time

I was thinking about buying this movie, Tale of the Mummy, because I am a Gerard Butler fan. But how much screen time does he actually have in it?

reply

Gerard Butler appears as a member of the team just after the main credits. At this time he was not yet so well known, although he already shows his qualities, he doesn't have a main credit. Anyway, I think this film deserves much more than a 3.8 rating. It has some very original ideas and pays tribute to Hammer's version of the "The Mummy" (1959) with Christopher Lee (who appears in the prologue).

You wanna play rough! OK. Say hallo to my little friend !
Al Pacino, Scarface (1983)

Gotta love this site! I came here looking for the exact same information.

I just watched the movie he has less then 4 minutes of screen time.

But he looked damn fine in those 4 minutes.

Depends which version you see. The DVD version has quite alot of Gerrards scenes removed. In the full version (as shown on sky movies in the uk years ago) his role was much bigger in that he was a jealous ex lover of the main female character. I'm pretty sure last time I watched my DVD's that much of this was missing.

Would love to see the full version released someday

Just seen this was listed under Butlers IMDB page. To bad I'm a day late to watch it but 4 minutes of screen time is better then the 1 minute screen time on Tomorrow Never Dies .

I always cheer for the bad guy!

Yes, only 4 minutes. But four GREAT minutes. And thanks for the info on Tomorrow Never Dies. I was wondering how long he was in that too!
