iron eagle ii?

is it me, or is the vast majority of the air-to-air footage in this film (and certainly the trailer!!) taken straight out of iron eagle II (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0095382/)?

I love the way the same F-16 fighters (in Israeli camo) seem to feature in all these (I hope?) low-budget productions.
