It sounds way too low rating for this wonderful teen movie. Very underrated movie!

Indeed. One of the rare gems of the post-Hughes era in the genre and still a favorite of mine.

Way too low a rating. This movie still endures, after 18 years. IMO, none of the so-called teen movies that have release these days have come close to matching Can't Hardly Wait. This movie, along with American Pie and 10 Things I Hate About You still are the standard for teen movies.
