When the lady is leaving the room for the kitchen at christmas, her clothes are swept away and she looks like a pigeon herself? I don't get that!
And when the gendarme sees her sharpen the blades, she's wearing it again? que?! Is she a pigeon herself?

Ok I found out now! the gendarme was drunk and hungry and thats why he was looking at the lady and thought she was a pigeon to eat :) I guess...
But I still dont understand why the cat (the cleaner) wanted to eat him. She meet him at the stairs several times and knew he was a human, right? and not a real large pigeon. Was she a sadist cannibal or what?
