I had just heard that they (whoever 'they' are) are planning on making an American version of this Polish movie starring Jim Carey as Pazura's character in the original. I was wondering if any of you out there have heard this too, and if this is really true...any insight would be appreciated, it would be great to see an american version of the film (thats if they can pull it off..)
sharei could imagine that jim carrey would do a great job as Jurek Kiler. But nobody fits in the role of Siara. He was my favorite character in this movie and i think he cant be replaced by anyone.

Yes I've heard of this also. However the plans have been cancelled. I dont really think they could pull it off. i meaqn original is always the best however they should release kiler with english subtitles.
