So... are we just not going to mention the events of the first film?

Outside of the line "not me, not again"


I don't recall any acknowledgement that first film, "A Kid in King Arthur's Court" ever happened. I mean don't get me wrong, this film is horrendous, but continuity is huge with me.

Is it me, or does it just feel like this was a completely separate film all together(you know, like a direct to video knock off of the first film), and then they just decided to make it a sequel and add that one line?
