Sir William Cecil: '7 out of 10 marriages end in divorce, Your Majesty'.

The Pope: 'I support Elizabeth. Mary Queen of Scots is a fraud'.

Sir Francis Walsingham: 'Lets arrange a State Visit to Rome'.

Duke of Norfolk: 'I've just added Walsingham as a friend on Facebook'.

French Ambassador: 'You know, Spain is lovely this time of year'.
