Difference from this + the Victory/Super-God Masterforce Collections?

Hey guys, apologize for the totally naive/late-to-the-party question, but I'm an old G1 fan who was only acquainted with the 4 seasons that aired in the U.S., and have been meaning to checking out this follow-up Headmasters series (I understand that it disregards the 4th/final season of the U.S. show), which of course never aired in the U.S.

HOWEVER, I recently found out about these 2 other "Transformers Japanese Collection"s on Amazon, Victory, and Super-God Masterforce. Both were released on DVD in 2012, but unless I missed it, I couldn't find them on IMDB, what year they aired, etc.

Are those supposed to be a follow-up to this Headmasters series? Or an alternate release of it? (and are they any good?)

I don't want to buy them if they're just some bad re-edit/dub of the Headmasters series (or, just bad in general...)
