Optimus Prime returns?

Haven't seen an episode. Is it true he returns? For how long? It ticked me off when they killed him again in TRANSFORMERS: THE HEADMASTERS. And in Episode 3 for crying out loud! Also, his death on that show didn't really make any sense. I suppose since his toy was discontinued at the time, the Japanese writers had to think of something.

Also, does anyone know where to get the english dub episodes? I was told they weren't included on the DVD from Shout.

Yes and no about him returning.

His image returns so to speak, but the character isn't prime. The dub was funny though where the human was called optimus prime.
