Could not get passed the first episode. I tried I really did but you can see they had some buget flaws. Instead of putting all your money into a Humvee they should of at least invested in better costumes.

shareI saw this at Wal-Mart when it was released on DVD and almost picked it up out of curiosity. I was a big Turtles fan from back in the day, but by '97 I was in my 20s and it must've just flown under my radar. So when I saw it at my local library this week I thought I'd finally give it a shot. Wow. Just... wow.
I really had planned on watching the entire DVD and then reserving the second, but I barely made it through the first episode. It makes Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III look like Citizen Kane.
He went to Bespin Luke Skywalker, but he left Hand Solo
IMO it's not the costumes that make this bad, it's the writing, followed by the directing. If the show had better of the both, it could have been passable. Adding cheesy sound effects to literally every movement and terrible corny dialogue are the main culprits.
