What would you say is the best episode for this series?

Title says it all.
For me, I'd go with "Like Brothers" since it doesn't feature that Dragon Lord douche but the Shredder instead.

'Going Ape' and the 4-parter 'Unchain My Heart'.

'Going Ape' is the series at it's very best in terms of ridiculously dumb comedy. The entire episode is basically Raph shouting "GORILLA!!!!!"

'Unchain My Heart' was, in my opinion, the best at trying out the fantasy aspect this show centered around. Vam-Mi and her child minions could of given ole Shredhead and Bebop and Rocksteady a run for their money had Vam-Mi been the main character.

Ninja turtles have a vampire heart (literally), Vampire tries to get Vampire heart..... who couldn't love that?

"King Wick", because it has Donatello copping a feel on Venus.

Perhaps the 2nd season could of went to showtime. Retitle it "By the fireside with Donatello", where he listens to smooth jazz, sips some wine, and make some sweet sweet lovin'...
