What's the episode where we see young K giving aliens the flowers

I remember seeing an episode of this show which tells basically the same story of first contact that is told in the movie. K drives to a date with a bouquet of flowers and accidentally stumbles upon alien landing. He gives the flowers to the aliens as a greeting gift and is recruited as one of the first men in black. Because of that K then has to leave his personal life and his girlfriend. That's a cute and a bit tragic story (it's a shame it's only briefly mentioned in the movie). I remember liking the episode a lot as a kid, I wonder if it holds up, probably not, but I want to see it again anyway.
Does anyone know which episode it is?

I don't remember it's name, but I do remember that J accidentally messed around with an alien device that increased his IQ, that device's effect was slowly (& fatally) increasing his brain size, & that some unknown enemy (a human, I think) had done something in the past to prevent K from ever meeting those first aliens, thereby preventing the MIB agency from ever having been formed. Because every part (& agent) of the MIB agency was slowly being erased from existence, it was mostly because J was one of the last agents left (as well super smart by then) that they finally un-did the unknown enemy's interference with the timeline. My favorite episode of this show, too.
