The club is the Zap club in the kings road Arches- Brighton-
The College is the University of Surrey in Guildford
The Casino is actually the Holiday Inn oppsite the west Pier on kings road and later doubles as the block of flats in which Brent Moyer lives.
The House in which the students live is number 8 Eastern Terrace, Kemp Town, Brighton, BN2 1DJ.
The road in which the police question scott about his car is Princess Street, brighton outside the Marlbourough Pub.
There are various scenes from the tower block up Albion Hill overlooking the pavillion/Hove over towards shoreham
All of the computer game scenes and scenes of pam boxers house and the real life locations around the game are filmed around Camden passage in Islington, london which every time I visit does look extremely like the Lanes.
There are various invaluble scenes filmed inside the West Pier pavillion.
The Palace Pier has many scenes filmed on it.
When the students go out celebrating after winning the game the MG is pictured turning from Marine Parade into the Old Steine
The opening shot from Scott's window is a view down marine Parade and shows the forecourt of the Bristol Bar in Paston Place (My Local)

The One location I would like to find is the "chalk pit tunnel" which is actualy a disused railway tunnel- The "roman well" which is pictured before the tunnel is quite obviously a vent from the tunnel. I'd also like to find the two bars they drink in from the first episode. I don't recognise either but the second one where scott escapes from the nightclub looks a lot like a bar I seem to remember in Soho. There are so many good bars in Brighton- why where they not used?

You are mostly right apart from the student's house which was somewhere in West London.

Well, the interior to the building was filmed in Uxbridge, but the exterior is in Eastern Terrace, Kemp Town (I walk past it on my way from work to the pub of an evening!)An interesting fact is when you look at the interior of the building is that when every angle is shown there are windows on all four walls as opposed to a terraced house and also the interior of the front of the building isn't rounded like the exterior.

Its the building second in on the right of this picture:

Also just found out that the railway tunnel in the program is the Lywood Tunnel near Ardingly
