Wow, 2 other people have seen this movie besides me?? For awhile there, I thought I was the only one...This gets honorable mention in passing on some of the other boards but never has had it's own. About time I say! Great movie! Too tired to gush, maybe later...

Bought a copy if this film for like Php75 (that's Philippine pesos; converted into US dollars that wld be like a dollar and a half..)... Even if they'd ask me to pay 10 times the price, I'd buy it without hesitation... The plot is fast and upbeat and the scenes mandates you not to try to even blink... The actors' portrayal of their respective characters are soooo out of the Hollywoodish trend... Simply penetrating... Sad thing films like this are not given enough media mileage...

Was it a vcd at astrovision or video city?

I just saw this movie today. It's really good. Norman Reedus is a great actor.

My friend and I just finished watching this movie.. and um, he has sex with his MOM? S-K-E-T-C-H-Y! But it was good. I got mine fomr netflix, but it was scratched so it froze up at the part where he finds his mom hanging. AND THEN HE CRIES! Good stuff. P.S. NORMAN REEDUS IS SO INCREDIBLY SEXY I CAN'T EVEN BELIEVE IT.....

I LOVED this movie. I originally got it because I am a huge Norman Reedus fan but this movie made me love Debbie Harry and Elina also. My favorite part in the whole movie is when he's at the whore house and he's standing in his tightie whities and he wants to talk to the prostitute- he's so vulnerable and awkward and cute. Norm also looked so hott when he lost control and began hurting/killing people.

I agree with the 3rd poster. I can't believe more than 2 people saw this movie either. I found it completely by accident as I was working in a video/music store when they played the soundtrack (which is worth getting) and I liked some of the offbeat songs. I then said to myself "Debbie Harry and Isaac Hayes in a movie? I have to see this!" and then bought the DVD. It's a cool movie. For a twisted Mothers Day viewing, watch this and "Spanking the Monkey."

I couldn't agree more...i for some strange reason liked the movie but there was some cray-zee s$%t in that movie....freakin' bizzare. but norman reedus played the perfect harry...i can't picture anyone else playing it...quiet and shy but then someone who will kick the crap out of you, esp. if you talk about his mom.

so true...it is a good movie, it was a bit confusing but for some reason i loved it...and let me tell you i cannot look at Blondie the same way or even when i hear their songs, way too many weird moments in that movie come rushing thru my mind...lol. Not only that but she plays Balthazar (sp?) Getty's mother in Dueces Wild, which ironically stars Norman too. When i saw her in that i was like OMG its his crazy mom from 6Ways2Sunday!!! AHH...lol. love ur quote too.

Oh man, I love the scenes between Norman and Blondie, especially the ones where she does suggestive stuff. I love the awkward tension, but yet, connection between them. They were so good in it. Every time I get a new NOrman movie form Netflix, I'm like OMG new fave NR movieeee, but then I think about it, and scenes from bds and 6w2s run through my head and I'm like naaahhh, those two are the best.

omg i know what you mean, when they kiss, i was feeling like awkward, is a good word, and weird-ed out for them, i was like "OH s*&T!" i cannot believe that just happened. lol. i had read this movie was unforgetable and let me tell you it was...i def. tho did like their chemistry. i'm totally getting that from amazon.com in the next few days and CANNOT wait! that's where i saw it too, from Netflix, which is a gift from God, cuz anything that can let me see Norman in such a range is fabulous! lol
