A man's version of a chic flick...

I saw this movie with my own Haviland Savage in the theater when it came out (we were in college at the time).

She has been married for 4 years now and I still miss her.

This movie hit very close to home for me and I thank Chris for that...

Me too, man. Especially the end when they start holding hands, while talking to the Edmonds. I think every guy has had a girl like that in his life. It usually doesn't work out, though. Look how Lee is when he sees her at the premiere. He's sick of it and had really gotten over her. She had to make the move, and swallow every ounce of pride. Most women, especially that attractive, just won't do that, for any guy. That's where he "sells out a little", lol, as he says at the end. The real ending should have been when he wrote her the letter, and she decides to stop waiting on his call and go out with her friend. That's reality.

Wasn't that the actual film ending? I mean when it showed at the film festival before Face got to it.

There is no "i" in tiem...oh wait.

That is the real ending. The ending of the theater version is, like the rap music score, crap forced on Chris Cherot by Mrs. Babyface.
