Game better than movie??

Did anyone else feel the game was far better than the movie? I remember playing the game before ever knowing the movie existed. When I finally saw the movie, I was extremely disappointed. The movie was very impressive, especially for being a movie from 1982, but the whole movie came off a bit bland. The only aspect of the movie I appreciated was the whole replicant idea and chasing them down... The game is still great, though....
