Some of the things mentioned in the game I don't really understand....
What is the kipple? Is it somekind of hideout for replicants? What is the moonbus exactly? And was there somekind of war where animals had died out or something? They always mention that ''real'' animals are so special. What happened to them?

Supposed to be a nuclear war. In the book that the movie is based off of (the game is really sort of based off of both of them) it's called World War Terminus. The book is a lot more dystopian.

Kipple means all the toxic debris and trash that was around the city and in the sewers.
