It's supposed to be a PILOT for a TV show...

So thats why its low quality compared to say Face/off.

Its a shame cus now everyone thinks that straight after an amazing film like Face/Off we get this...well was never supposed to be a big film in the first place. Just a pilot for a TV show that ended up never getting done.
