Need artist name of music in film!

The scene when the guys are in the swimming pool, theres a great piece of indian tabla music, and I remeber it was a german guy who performs it. But whats his name and why isnt it on the soundtrack? Its actually performed by a German band from the Black Forest called "Dave Pike Quintet," the song is called "Mathar." The instrument you're talking about is called Sitar, a tabla is a kind of drum. The song was actually originally meant to poke fun at the trend to sitar music in the 70s but it became quite popular. It is also on the OST, track 7.
