Pecker is a great film

I'm sick of people slating Pecker just because its tame and a bit sweet for its own good. Its almost as if people are upset just because theres know dog *beep* eating or over the top sex/nudity. I admit Cecil b demented is a bit silly and a little lame in parts and less said about A Dirty Shame the better. But the fact remains that Pecker is a great film. End of debate.

the end is a little corny when they're in the voting booth, but other than that yeah, I agree, it's a nice little movie.

I live out side of Baltimore and I like this movie. I think Pecker is sweet in its own way. Its dirty but not over the top. In an odd way it captures Baltimore's own uniqness. Baltimore isn't glamorous as N.Y.C. , more blue calour. Pecker is kind of quarky in a good way because it captures Hampden's own (Pecker's nieghborhood) quarkyness which i like and if you ever get a chance to visit Baltimore try to go to Hampden. It might be off the beaten path for tourists but if your a Pecker fan, i'd go anyway and you'll see what I mean by qurky. If you want to eat at an interesting place in Baltimore, then would have a good excuse to go to Hampden. The is a resturant called Cafe Hon. I've never been there but I've heard that the waitresses wear beehive wigs and that it is just fun to go. They just serve American cafe style food.

Pecker just might be Waters's best flick - it's my personal favorite. I give it an 8. If I were a gay Catholic who grew up in Baltimore, I'd probably give it a 9! "... full of grace! ... full of grace!"

I love this movie not just because I'm passionate about photography, but also because it portrays the innocence of up-and-comming artists.

You can't really end the debate, because people are entitled to their opinions! However, I always ignore "opinions" in which a movie is slammed without constructive reasons. I don't mind reading a negative comment as long as the writer is making some kind of sense. Don't go thinking I am a "Pecker" hater since I said those things, because I enjoy the movie a lot!
