What the hell was the whole counting thing? First we see it between Willis and Cookie, while he's cleaning the guns, then later he starts it up with Emma. Was it times they fooled each other? Got away w/ a little lie? Called "Bullsh*t" on each other? Personally, I'd like the rules to that little game, and exactly how the wild turkey fit in.

They were counting how many times they "lifted" the Wild Turkey off of the other person without getting caught.

It was how many times they caught the other in a lie. "You wrecked my Chrysler"

I just took it as an "in" joke among friends or people close to each other. It's not important for anyone else to get it. Just the people involved know the whole story.
