There are so many great episodes to chose from, but here is my top 5:

4)The Pastmaster Always Rings Twice
5)Night of the DarkKat
I cannot exactly say which one is my favourite, because there are 3 unfinished episodes. But I liked The Dark Side of the SWAT Kats and A Bright and Shiny Future a lot. I loved Hanna Barbera Cartoons. I still think they produced the best cartoons out there.

Unlikely Alloys was definitely a great episode, but then again so were almost every episode. The episode i disliked the most was "The Origin of Dr.Viper" that didn't portray him very well and just added new questions to the pile. I wasn't to fond of "Razors Edge" either. But apart from these two the show was superb.

EVERY episode was awesome but Unlikely Alloys, Night of the Dark Kat, Mutation City was so cool, I LOVED that one, I loved The Dark Side of the SWAT Kats as well. The show really kicked ass, another one just as awesome was Reboot. Damn, cartoons were so cool back then.
